<link>http://dspace.uiu.ac.bd/handle/52243/2707</link>
<description>Role of Education in Women Empowerment in Bangladesh
Sultan, Tasfia
This study aims to examine how education affects women's empowerment in Bangladesh. In Study 1 of this research, the impact of education on FLF membership is investigated using secondary data. Binary logistic regression was used in this study, and the results revealed a strong correlation between FLF participation and education levels (i.e., no education, elementary education, secondary education, higher secondary education, and university education). The findings of Study 1 revealed a strong relationship between women's FLF involvement and their overall pay as well as their land ownership. Study 2 made use of primary data, which was gathered through an online survey platform. Additionally, logistic regression was utilized in this study to examine the connection between the six traits of women and women's employment. The results of research 2 demonstrated a strong link between economic empowerment and women's employment. However, there was no discernible relationship between the other five aspects of women's empowerment and employment in this study.

<description>Mental Stress of Undergraduate Students in Bangladesh
Ahmed, Nawshin
This research attempted to identify factors that contribute to mental stress in undergraduate &#13;
students in Bangladesh. Undergraduate students are stressed for many reasons which affect their &#13;
life many ways. And this report broadly explains it. All data is collected through online surveys, &#13;
and the primary causes of stress are grades, study load, and work-life balance. When students are &#13;
highly stressed it affects their daily activities. They didn’t focus on their studies. Also, they &#13;
couldn’t do well in the exams, affecting their grades too. Some students are doing part-time/full time jobs. Stress hampers their productivity and work quality. Stress, affect their academic life, &#13;
social life, career and physical health. They have issues, communicating with others, and don’t &#13;
feel confident in themselves. Always families’ expectation of their children is high, and when they &#13;
fail to fulfil their expectation, they become more stressed and depressed. Family should be more &#13;
friendly and supportive and not judgmental so they can share their feelings and point of view &#13;
contentedly. Overall, the outcomes of the paper are the major source of stress, and a brief survey &#13;
was conducted to learn more about the students' mentality. Students find it difficult to contribute &#13;
to the economy because of their stress.

<description>Analysis of a Panel Data on Expenditure for Health Care on economic growth
Islam, Sayed Zahidul
A good healthcare system is mandatory and a right for any citizens of different countries in this &#13;
world. So to ensure that many diplomatic steps should be taken, I believe that the key to happiness &#13;
and success is to be healthy and fit both physically and mentally, And thus the consequence will &#13;
fall on his/her daily life, which eventually leads to the country’s economy. If a certain person is &#13;
healthy then his/her outcome will be positive and eventually has a good impact on the economy, &#13;
through his/her work for earning to maintain the standard of living.&#13;
Good and stable health is one of the biggest wealth one can have. Better health stability need better &#13;
and extra care for it, but now important thing is that a good amount of expenses and spending is &#13;
needed for taking care of this health. I will try to writhe and collect data regarding this topic and &#13;
find out the final outcome of this thesis
