dc.description.abstractThis report is about the HR Practices of Square Toiletries Ltd. I have prepared it from my internship experience. It is separated in to seven chapters. In the first chapter I have given a brief description about the company and its profile. In second chapter I have mentioned the idea of STL's human resources planning. In third Chapter I have mentioned their recruitment process and in the next chapter I have briefly explained their training and development methods. In fifth chapter I have shortly included their compensation and benefits followed by their labor law practices. Lastly, I have mentioned my findings about STL and also mentioned some recommendations.en_US
