dc.description.abstractThis research paper has demonstrated Human Resource Management practices in the context of private commercial bank National credit and commerce bank limited (NCCBL) and state owned bank Agrani Bank Limited. NCC Bank Limited has been successfully running their banking activities as one of the leading commercial bank across the country with 117 branches. In contrary, Agrani Bank Limited, a state owned leading commercial bank with 953 outlets strategically located in almost all the commercial areas throughout Bangladesh. This report focused on different aspect of human resource practices and portray this in details. This study also try to reveal all the present human resource practices of these two banks and how it impacts to their overall performances. Moreover, the report demonstrates background history, products and services they offer, corporate culture, employee relations and the organizational hierarchy.en_US
