    Abstract
    The project JCN is a web application which brings the professionals like job seekers employers and recruiters in one platform, easy communication with each other, sharing ideas, application in jobs and everything else. Employees are important resources for any company and selecting good candidates leads nothing but to success. Selection of right candidate is not so easy. Though our country is over populated, finding skilled and right candidate for any position is still very difficult. This platform can be used for publishing job opportunities, Dropping CV, creating and growing network of professionals, messaging, finding different types of companies and also skilled people regarding his criteria. It will bring skilled people and great companies in one network. So, JCN will be a very useful platform for all types of professionals.
