dc.description.abstract | This research’s fundamental goal is to evaluate the effect of strategic human resource management strategies on organizational overall performance and sustainable competitive advantage. The study gathered 141 samples from various banks to achieve this goal, with the respondents being the executives of those banks. Random sampling was used to acquire the data. According to the findings, organizational performance has an apparent impact due to the strategic HRM practices and sustainable competitive advantage. If the findings of the study are pursued, the end result will have a symbolic influence on maintaining organizational performance within the banking sector. Hence, this research is significant since it is an uncommon type of empirical investigation, particularly from Bangladesh's standpoint. | en_US |
