To test the impacts, hypothesis was being tested at 1%, 5%, and 10% significant level and there I found some correlation between Board Characteristics and Corporate performance. This study will ensure Bangladeshi companies to focus perfectly on Board Characteristics. This study indicates a mixed results there are both positive and negative link between board characteristics and corporate performance.
