dc.description.abstract | In this project there is detailed discussion of effects of the Covid-19 virus on Human Resource Management practices in the FMCG industry. The fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry is one of the fastest-growing segments of the market. People's daily lives are very much dependent on them. This project’s purpose is very clear. Its main goal is to have a better grasp of business conditions and how they cope with Human Resource operations in their organizations during this challenging time. It will shed light on the FMCG industry's internal context of HRM processes. Required project report data is collected from primary and secondary sources. The third chapter describes the current situation of the FMCG industry and provides an overview of a few organizations from which the report's key data was gathered. The Impact of Infection on the Workplace and Human Resource Care in the FMCG Industry is discussed in Chapter 4. The fifth chapter is the concluding chapter in which the true nature of Human Resources processes in the FMCG industry was discovered and the result was very sad. No organizations were able to continue their HR activities as planned. The epidemic severely disrupted their work. However, companies can still prosper in this position if they are confident in their ability to persevere and identify alternative solutions. They'll also figure out how to get around the obstacles. | en_US |
