dc.description.abstract | We may define a bank as a place where individuals get together to agree to accept financial deposits from the general public and to create a credit for the purpose of lending money to others. This can be done directly or through the capital markets. Typically, the economic health of a country is a factor in the regulation of banks. Due to Bangladesh's economic regulation and advancement of the economy, the banking sector is undergoing a significant reform. We can see that our banking sector is now undergoing a massive consolidation as a result of the entry of several new institutions and the rapid growth spurred by advances in technology, good credit management, and high levels of consumer satisfaction. This Report has been prepared based on “Human Resource Management Practices in National Bank Limited” who has the most significant impact on the organization and the business as a whole. The relevance of a management system in the human resources of the banking industry has grown quickly throughout the globe as a result. One of the most important ways to boost the value of a firm's profits is to use human resources. As a consequence, the Bank's HR operations account for a significant portion of its overall budget. There is great rivalry at every stage in life in today's competitive business environment. Currently, all organizations are focused on attracting, keeping, and sustaining the best personnel, rather than on maximizing profits via increased productivity.
