dc.description.abstractThe City Bank Limited, Shyamoli Branch is a private commercial bank, and the objective of this study is to investigate the credit system utilized by that institution. For the purpose of this investigation, both primary and secondary sources of data were consulted. There are five separate chapters that make up this report. The City Bank Limited's introduction, history, mission, and vision are detailed in the first chapter of this study. The purpose of the report, the different types of data, the different sources of data, the data collection methods, the instruments and tools analysis, the questionnaire design, the limitations, the credit principle, various credit facilities, retail loan, and personal loan are all described in the third chapter of the study. The SWOT analysis, as well as financial performance, an examination of credit-related financial data, the findings of research, and the findings of research about employee work satisfaction, are all detailed in the fourth chapter. My recommendation and overall conclusion can be found at the end of the fifth chapter. The study suggests that they should pay more attention to their advertising strategyen_US
