    Abstract
Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC (IBBPLC) people with money to invest it in ways that support economic growth, ensuring their savings are safe, easily manageable, and profitable. Recognized as a scheduled commercial bank by Bangladesh Bank, IBBPLC offers various services to individuals, businesses, & international clients. The study aims to give an overview of IBBPLC, highlighting its strengths, risks, and weaknesses and uses service operations tools such as Service Mapping/Blueprint and Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) tool. It uses both primary data (from interviews with branch officers) and secondary data (from various publications). The main challenges of the study were limited time and insufficient verified data. While many bank officers were experienced, some lacked a profound understanding of the values behind their work. It highlights the importance of combining devoted employees, technology & market opportunities to reach organizational goals. It concludes that achievement in banking depends on having clear policies and methods for assessing asset quality and loan suitability.
