dc.description.abstractThe report starts with the history, mission, and vision of the company, it focuses on how Bata prioritizes quality, innovation, and sustainability in the footwear industry of Bangladesh. It outlines the HR strategies of the company, including the recruitment processes, onboarding practices, and performance management systems that considers individual efforts with organizational goals. Training programs at Bata target increasing the selling skills and confidence of employees by measuring it on metrics such as UPTs and IPTs. Furthermore, a critical analysis of the findings from the survey shows the effectiveness of the training programs on employee satisfaction and productivity. Most employees view the training program as effective in work efficiency, job satisfaction, and they were also confident in putting into practice the skills they learnt. On the other hand, some employees are moderately dissatisfied and they pinpoint areas where the quality and relevance of training can be further improved. The report concludes with recommendations on how Bata can further improve its HR practices. It also includes suggestions for probable alterations to the management’s strategy to broaden efficiency and productivity at Bata Bangladesh.en_US
