dc.description.abstractAccording to the Banking Company’s Act-1991, Trust Bank PLC started its banking operation on July 15, 1999. It is financed and monitored by the Army Welfare Trust. They mainly provide service to Army, Navy, and Air Force. Even though their main clients are from defense background, they even give excellent service to civilians and business personnel as well. They maintained their standard of excellence by giving quality service to their clients in the last 25 years. By providing all these services, they helped all the business, firms, and institutions to grow gracefully. This study aims to identify HRM Policies of Trust Bank PLC and how they managed their leave management system. My internship at Trust Bank PLC helped me develop real-life problem-solving skills and it also gave me the ability to develop my banking knowledge in the HRM section. It will definitely help me utilize the knowledge I gained from the bank in getting jobs in near future.I was assigned to the Human Resources Department during my internship, which gave me the chance to watch and learn about the bank's internal processes. It was a very warm and professional setting. The employees were always friendly and patient with me. I was given little assignments every day that had to do with organizing documents, managing personnel data, and comprehending leave requests. I gradually came to realize how crucial the HR division is to maintaining efficient operations within the bank.I also learnt that the human resources department is crucial to maintaining employees' motivation, support, and job satisfaction; it is not simply about hiring and paying employees. The department makes sure that every worker, whether they are civilian or have a military experience, is treated fairly and with dignity.My confidence has grown as a result of the skills and information I acquired throughout this internship, which has also aided in my professional and personal development. I gained knowledge on how to act professionally, collaborate with others, and maintain concentration under pressure. By conversing with several police, asking questions, and taking in their experiences, I also had the opportunity to hone my communication abilities. An important part of my academic and professional experience was my internship at Trust Bank PLC. More significantly, it helped me to identify my interests and strengths while also providing me with the opportunity to put what I had learnt in the classroom into practice. Particularly in the HRM division, I now understand what it means to work for a professional bank. After this experience, I think I'll be able to contribute more successfully to any organization and do better in future job interviews. Trust Bank PLC has my sincere gratitude for providing me with this worthwhile chance.en_US
