This paper seeks to evaluate the procurement process within the organization, considering its objectives, structure, and strategies, along with the challenges it faces in achieving procurement goals and contributing to potential improvements. The report includes a description of the enterprise, covering its background, mission, and vision. As part of United Group, Crowne Plaza Dhaka Airport has rapidly grown into a recognized name in the hotel industry. The platform focuses on delivering Premium hospitality services, with quick and convenient procurement processes that enhance its market reputation.
