    Abstract
    Executive Summary Mutual fund is a capital investment of vehicle. In Bangladesh, there are 32 mutual funds underneath 18 Assets management company. This project centered on evaluating the overall performance of 20 mutual funds on the basis each fund’s returns related with market returns. Here I gathered the 09 years NAV and mutual funds market prices to analyze the performances. And 9 years T-bills. Risk-adjusted performance standards promoted by way of Jenson, Treynor, and Sharpe, Adjusted Jenson Alpha, and Adjusted Sharpe ratio. It is located that most of the mutual dollars have carried out better according to Jenson and Treynor dimensions however not up to the benchmark based on Sharpe ratio. However, most of the mutual funds are distinct and have overcome their specific risk. So, MF money supply higher to their experience.
