    Abstract
    Job satisfaction or employee satisfaction is a measure of workers' contentedness with their job, where they like the job or individual aspects or facets of jobs, such as nature of work or supervision. Job satisfaction can be measured in cognitive (evaluative), affective (or emotional), and behavioral components. I analyzed the employee job satisfaction of Janata Bank limited. There employee job satisfaction high or low. Are they satisfied with their job, present salary, job security, job environment, provident fund, bonuses, compensation policy, pension and so on? I have analyzed their job satisfaction literally high. I have asked some questions and they replied to me their job satisfaction maximum high. Employee job satisfaction can be varied from company to company and person to person. I have completed data analysis of employee job satisfaction of Janata Bank limited. Most of employees are satisfied. I have asked some questions and replied to me that they are satisfied. Some employees are not satisfied. Most of the employees are satisfied such as job security, compensation salary, provident fund, environment, equally treat and so on. Most of the employees agreed these statements. Some people have agreed neutral, disagreed, and strongly agreed. Janata Bank employee job satisfaction level is high and percentage is 55 male and female 54. Strongly agreed percentage is agreed is neutral is disagreed is and strongly is percentage.
