    Abstract
    The project report is fulfillment of my BBA program. This project paper describe about how the Training and Development functions in Dutch Bangla Bank Limited in Bangladesh is happening and what are those ways they can improve and add on situation and demand. This piece of research or study was directed to see an entire and clear idea of DBBL training method and their exercises. Howsoever, the main goal of building up this project is to examine the process and what needed to increase the development of the employee’s performance by giving training. The presentation of the report, which includes topics such as the backgrounds, objectives, methodologies, and limitations of the study, is in the first chapter. The second part contains literature review then third chapter contains organizational overview and their activities. The third chapter contains the significance of training and development practices. Chapter four includes some findings and the analysis of training and development process in DBBL. Chapter five contains findings and analysis. Chapter six contains recommendations and conclusion. Chapter 7 and last part is appendix.
