    Abstract
    The paper is about “BPO industry growth in Bangladesh”. This report was finalized during my time at work at GENEX Infosys Ltd. The outsourcing of business processes in Bangladesh is an emerging market. The scope is very high and very well known in this industry. The objective of this report is to study and to analyze the overall business process and conditions of Genex Infosys ltd. and identify major things. This report will help Genex Infosys Ltd for making their decisions. In first part of the report is basically focus on analysis of the industry which consist the specification of these industry, Industries size, trend and seasonality and also external and technological factors. It’s a major part where also describe industries barriers, buyer power and also challenges and opportunities. Next is a brief description of the organization which is Genex Infosys Ltd. Their mission, Vision, how they run their whole process, how many departments in Genex. Also includes their process and services. Later part of the report includes overall my work experience while working in Genex Infosys Ltd as an intern. Here also includes learning, responsibilities, duties which ensures quality service to ensure customer’s satisfaction. Final part includes about Genex Infosys ltd some recommendation that they can applied to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction by their quality monitoring as well as increase business.
