    Abstract
    The purpose of the report is to comprehend and think about those factors that are creating challenges for the HR department in an NGO. Human resource is the main asset for an NGO and while doing work in HR department HR’s of NGO face different types of challenges. This report starts with an organization profile of Society for Social Service giving its background, vision and mission, objectives of the NGO, its services and organogram of the NGO. For meeting the objective of this report, a survey is conducted in HR department of Society for Social Service NGO. There are 22 employees. From among them 20 employees conduct the survey. All the questions are related with those factors that are creating challenges for the HR department and what they think about those challenges. After summarizing survey question it has been found that most of the employees did agree with the challenges and HR’s of the NGO accept that they are facing those challenges while doing work in the HR department. At the same time some employees remained neutral because they failed to express their thoughts regarding those statements. Oppositely some employees did disagree with those statements as they feel that NGO is not facing challenges by those factors. Finally, within the report there are findings and appearing some flaws which are drawing them back and make a few recommendations which may better their circumstance.
