    Abstract
The following report provides an in-depth description of my experiences and learnings gathered in the past few months through my internship at Arla Foods Bangladesh Ltd. The internship was my first ever experience of working in the corporate world and the process and procedures were therefore very new to the student. Arla Foods Bangladesh Ltd. is the country’s leading dairy product company leading the nation with the goodness of dairy. I was recruited as an intern in the Sales Operations Team in the Sales Department of the company, situated on the 5th and 6th floor of Cotton House, Gulshan-2, Dhaka. Arla is one of the renowned dairy businesses in the world with the tagline “near to nature”. They are committed to ensuring the finest taste and providing quality dairy food. Arla is doing its business for 130 years and now it’s the fourth largest dairy food producer. Arla has a 25% market share, they progressively won the three best brand prizes. B2B sales are a major part of Arla. Continuous growing industries can be potential customers for industry sales. The frontline soldiers of the company generate revenue by selling the products nationwide. The Sales Operations team in this division handles transactions and interactions with distributors and customers to ensure primary and secondary sales Arla is the only reputed company in Bangladesh that can supply a bulk of dairy products to the industries. The Gazipur based factory sends all the finished products to respective depots around the country. From there it gets delivered to the distribution points. Increasing milk consumption in the industries as raw material is also an opportunity to capture the market.
