    Abstract
    The objective of this report is to acquire understanding about the Islamic banking activities of Jamuna Bank Nayabazar Islamic Banking Branch. To prepare this report, both primary and secondary data are used. During the tenure of the report, it becomes revealed that Islamic banking is popular for Muslim community. Islamic banks prioritize short term investment whereas JBL who operates both conventional banking activities and Islamic banking activities prioritize mid-term and long-term investment to build long term relationship with customers. Jamuna Bank Ltd. only has two branches of Islamic banking branches. They should increase their Islamic banking branches so that they can get newer customer, new deposits, new loans. Rather than this they can hire Islamic banking expert employee who can expand their business throughout the country.
