dc.description.abstractThis research looks at the components influencing the application of Big Data Analytics (BDA) in slightly lower and mid-size businesses (SEMs) in Bangladesh, utilizing the Technology Organization Environment (TOE) concept. The research explores how relative benefit, high administration assistance, company readiness, and competitive pressure components affect BDA application, with an attention to the mediating outcome of organizational preparedness. A quantitative survey was conducted among SMEs, and data from 100 valid surveyed answer were evaluated utilizing Partial Least Square-Structural Equational Modeling (PLS-SEM). The outcomes illustrate that relative advantage and top management support significantly impact BDA adoption, both directly and indirectly through organizational readiness. However, competitive pressure was found to have no meaningful influence. The findings highlight the relevance of within administrative elements, particularly authority and readiness, over external forces in achieving successful BDA implementation. This report offers valuable insights for SEMs to enhance their competitiveness and sustainability through effective adoption strategies.en_US
