For every company training and evaluation is very important. The company growth and performance depend on the employee’s work performance. And training plays an important role on that. Evaluation basically shows that how much the training is affected on the employees. In our company every employee got training for their job responsibilities. The training period is two weeks. After that the employees got one month to show what they actually leaned from that training and their performance evaluate by the HR manager. If any employee did not perform well than the company gives one more month to improve the performance.
