    Abstract
This internship report provides a comprehensive analysis of my experience at Global Assistant Education Consultant, where I worked as an Education Consultant, Digital Marketing Manager, and HR Assistant. The report highlights the various functions of the organization, Its HRM Practices, and the key findings from my observations and interactions with employees and management. The study begins with an Introduction, outlining the objectives, methodology, sources of data, and limitations of the report. This is followed by a Literature Review, which explores the fundamental concepts of Human Resource Management (HRM) and its importance in organizational success, drawing insights from academic texts and journal articles. The Company Overview section presents a detailed background of Global Assistant Pvt. Limited, including its mission, vision, services, organizational structure, and market positioning. It highlights the company’s role in providing consultancy services to students aspiring to study abroad, its approach to student counselling, and its marketing strategies. A significant portion of the report is dedicated to the HRM Functions of the Company, where various HR practices such as recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and employee engagement are analyzed. The Analysis of Data and Findings section presents key insights gathered through interviews and observations, structured in a descriptive format followed by a Q&A session-based analysis. This section also includes detailed discussions on the company’s Evaluation Process, Recruitment Process, and Appraisal System, offering a deep dive into its HRM operations. One of the most critical aspects of the report is the Appraisal of the Company, where an in-depth assessment of the organization’s strengths, weakness, opportunities, and challenges is conducted. The analysis highlights the company’s strong market presence, dynamic work environment, and performance-based incentives, while also identifying challenges such as high employee turnover, lack of formal HR policies, and the absence of a structured performance appraisal system. Finally, the report concludes with Recommendations and Conclusion, summarizing key findings and suggesting actionable steps for the company’s long-term growth and sustainability. The Bibliography/References and Appendix sections provide supporting materials, including references to academic sources and interview questionnaires used for data collection. This report serves as a reflection of my practical learning experience, bridging the gap between academic knowledge and real-world business operations. Through this internship, I gained hands-on experience in HR functions, marketing strategies, and education consultancy service, enhancing my professional skills and industry understanding. The insights and recommendations presented in this report aim to contribute to the company’s HRM improvement and overall business effectiveness.
