The Role of Cabin Crew Training and Development in Delivering Onboard Service Excellence
Abstract
This report presents my internship experience at US-Bangla Airlines. It focuses on the role of cabin crew training and development in delivering excellent onboard service. The document covers the aviation industry in Bangladesh and internationally. It provides an overview of US-Bangla Airlines and analyses the competitive environment. The document describes the training and applications I finished, together with crew useful resource control, first aid, wet drills, and aircraft-type training. The importance of these trainings is related to realistic onboard service delivery. I describe my on-the-job training as a trainee during flights to numerous domestic locations. The record highlights demanding situations faced, consisting of examination stress, adapting to a different lifestyle, and communication barriers with passengers.
