    Abstract
Client Relationship Management (CRM) is a strategic approach that helps businesses build and maintain strong connections with their customers, fostering loyalty and long-term engagement. By leveraging CRM tools and data, companies can personalize interactions, anticipate client needs, and deliver targeted solutions that drive satisfaction and repeat business. Effective CRM not only enhances customer retention but also uncovers new opportunities for growth and business development through deeper insights and trust. The report contains an organization overview with detailed reflection on my 3-month-long internship at Infinigent Consulting Ltd., which is an international strategic management consulting firm that operates in Bangladesh, India, and Canada and is launching in Singapore and Dubai soon. This report talks about my role and contributions in the Business Development Department, along with what I learned and my insights regarding the consulting firm. My core activities during the internship included market research and lead generation, business proposal development, company competitor analysis, and working on client relationship management. The theoretical concepts. I was also involved in campaign strategy sessions, creating marketing collateral for clients, and developing outreach strategies to reach prospective clients. I would say that one of the most important takeaways from this internship was the exposure to the different types of clients that I worked for, from startups to SMEs to organizations like NGOs and multinationals, ranging from telecommunications and pharmaceuticals to finance and FMCG. It was through my experience in that fast-paced, extreme collaboration consulting environment that I truly learned how to tailor solutions for each client based on goals, size, and market context. The report describes the structure and function of Infinigent, the type of customer mix, and the strategic experiences I learned over placement at Infinigent handling projects with domestic and international clients. Although I had limited time and only access to specific departments, the internship was worth it, as it gave me great analytical, communication, and teamwork experience.
