This research explores how specific entrepreneurial traits influence the development of entrepreneurship in the context of Bangladesh. The primary objective of the study was to identify and analyze the personal attributes and capabilities that contribute to the success of entrepreneurs, with the broader goal of understanding how these traits foster economic growth through entrepreneurship. The methodology employed in this project was based on secondary data analysis. A key source was the "Economic Game Changer" series published by Prothom Alo, which profiled prominent Bangladeshi entrepreneurs, business leaders, and innovators. Through a systematic review of fifty featured personalities, eleven core entrepreneurial traits were identified, such as innovativeness, risk-taking, visionary thinking, strategic mindset, and self-confidence. These variables were then evaluated sector-wise, distinguishing between the product and service industries, to determine which attributes are more relevant in each context. The findings reveal that entrepreneurial development is not a product of chance but is deeply influenced by personal traits. The traits most prevalent among successful entrepreneurs included being visionary, determined, opportunity-aware, and capable of diversification. Furthermore, the analysis highlighted how certain attributes were more prominent in either the product or service sector, suggesting that entrepreneurial skill sets must align with the nature of the venture. In conclusion, this study reaffirms that entrepreneurial success in Bangladesh is strongly tied to individual capabilities. A deeper understanding of these traits can support aspiring entrepreneurs and provide a foundation for educators and policymakers to build programs that nurture the next generation of business leaders.en_US
