Operations Management of World Expo Hub (B2B Business)
Abstract
This report is based on my internship at World Expo Hub, a growing company in Bangladesh that focuses on connecting businesses through trade fairs, exhibitions, and online-offline platforms. The main purpose of this internship was to understand how operational management works in a professional environment and how different departments work together to achieve company goals. During my internship, I learned how the company manages its daily operations, coordinates between clients and service providers, and ensures smooth event and project execution. I also observed how the operation team plans, organizes, and monitors every task to maintain quality service and timely delivery. World Expo Hub mainly operates as a B2B platform, helping businesses promote their products and services both locally and internationally. I had the opportunity to work closely with the operations and business development teams, which helped me gain hands-on experience in communication, planning, client coordination, and process improvement. The internship allowed me to understand the importance of efficiency, teamwork, and time management in operations. It also helped me develop problem-solving skills and practical knowledge about how a company manages its workflow to meet client expectations.
