    Abstract
This internship report is prepared to collect the basic information and analysis of North End Pvt. Ltd. additionally its purpose is to gain experience from a comprehensive and competitive work environment and to learn about how a professional workplace operates. ‎This report includes North End Coffee Roasters, a well-known cafe in Bangladesh which was found in 2011 by Rick Hubberd, the ex-manager of Starbucks. The analysis helps to describe their business policies and procedures. ‎This report is attached by its introduction, company analysis, industry analysis, internship experience and conclusion which I was able to acquire through the analysis. I have additionally mentioned the SWOT analysis of both company and industry. Also, I have mentioned what are the key terms and recommendations to the organization. ‎The result indicate that the North End Coffee Roasters is a well-known cafe which's primary operation is to sell, import and produce coffee beans from Bangladesh hill tract such as Bandarban, Khagrachari, Rangamati and export popular coffee beans from other countries like Vienna, Ethiopia, Costa Ricca etc. as well. There main product is coffee beans also they have their own cafe chain in Bangladesh. It doesn't just stop there, they also provide services like Barista training and sells coffee machines and accessories like coffee presser, tumbler etc. ‎Their ultimate strength is their strong brand image and their product quality. Alongside, their weakness is high pricing and high operational cost. On the other hand, they have a tremendous opportunity to expand their business as coffee culture is growing in Bangladesh also there is a threat of rising competitors and import barriers. By‍‌‍‍‌ analyzing the company's earnings and expansion, it became clear that strategic cost management and operational efficiency were key factors that helped the brand, which was positioned as a premium one, to grow sustainably in a fiercely competitive beverage market. This involvement bridged the gap between the theoretical concepts and the practical business world, thereby deepening my understanding of the financial system, corporate governance, and internal control processes. Besides that, it strengthened my ability to work efficiently in a well-organized corporate environment while maintaining precision, professionalism, and accountability. In summary, my internship at North End Coffee Roasters is a milestone in my professional development and has been instrumental in providing me with practical experience in financial operations in a growing FMCG company. I have also built a solid foundation for my future career in finance and business management.
