    Abstract
    This project paper introduces the influences of Islamic banks to the economy of Bangladesh. The report examines sites, articles as well as writings of various authors and annual reports of various Islamic Banks. Key discoveries of this report show the diverse regions of financial development in Bangladesh by Islamic banks like creating work opportunities, creating business enterprise, reinforcing rural economy, disparaging moral managing an account, advancing environmental protections and green HRM and Green Banking, boosting industrialization, building up the SMEs, aiding global exchange, winning foreign settlement, and building framework of the nation. This report also recognizes Islamic banking’s commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and in addition a critical commitment to the national benefit.
