    Abstract
My internship at Bengal Group of Industries (75 Gulshan Avenue, Road- 30, Gulshan- 1), is the subject of this report. I've included every key component of my job experience throughout my internship in this report. You will get information on BGI’s history, its companies, organizational schedules, organization structure etc. In this report. In this report I highlighted my experience in the workplace and specific tasks. Bengal Group of Industries began its journey in 1969 with the establishment of Bengal Plastics Ltd, the first company in plastics processing in the country. BGI is currently one of Bangladesh's leading plastics industries. Their actions today are however not confined to plastics. They diversified their enterprises successfully in electronic media, real estate, chemical, paper, food and beverages, metal, cement, renewable energies and also bank over the years. My report provides details of my job description in the BGI and details of the industry I have worked in conjunction with an in-depth examination of the training program provided by the HR, BGI. The main component of the study concerns the Learning and Development of the Bengal Group of Industries. The Bengal Group of Industries concentrates heavily on L&D. They are constantly working to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their staff. Bengal Group of Industries HR division has carried out training and organizational development duties and is an ongoing activity. The training and development procedure of the Bengal Group of Industries is optimal. It matched the lessons I learned. They're more or less the same. I found out after working with them that they care about their employees. The administration always tries to give adequate training for the employees in order to make them efficient and better. At the end it contains my major findings regarding the training program of Bengal Group of Industries.
